To our Angel Jacob,
Sweet child of ours we miss you so much. There is not a day that goes by that we don't think of you and talk about you. You were only here for a short time. But long enough to teach us many lessons in life. In the time we did have, we were able to show you how much we love you and felt the love you gave us back. Mommy and Daddy will be strong in this unfair world because you were so strong with everything you went through and still gave us all your smiles. I suppose God needed a red-topped angel by His side. We love you and miss you so very much "Peanut Boy". We will meet up with you someday in Heaven.

Sweet little Jacob:
When I left the hospital with my angel Mateah, I never got to tell you goodbye, and I wanted to take this opportunity to wish you well, have fun in heaven with Mateah and be sure to watch over your parents. They have become lifelong friends as have you and Mattie.
I know now that God had special plans for you and Mateah and you've both done them well. As parents we are all proud of both of you...keep up the good work!
